Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telesales Executive to contact retailers, understand their product requirements, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. The role involves regular follow-ups on orders and payments while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Call existing and potential retail customers to understand their product requirements.
• Inform retailers about available products, offers, and new stock.
• Maintain regular communication with existing retailers and leads provided by the company.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and pending payments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers to encourage repeat business.
• Update customer information in system
• Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
• Ability to maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, or sales software preferred).
• Previous experience in telesales or customer support is an advantage.
