Telesales Executive – Job Description

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote personal loan products.
• Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, interest rates, and repayment terms.
• Follow up with leads to ensure timely conversion and disbursement.
• Coordinate with sales and backend teams for smooth processing.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Update the CRM system with accurate customer interaction details.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of telesales experience (preferably in personal loans).
• Customer-focused with good persuasion and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of personal loan products and financial terms.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
• Graduate or PUC in any discipline (a certification in sales or finance is an added advantage).

Preferred

• Self-driven and target-oriented.
• Prior experience with NBFCs or banks is preferred.

Languages

• English and Hindi are required.
• Knowledge of any additional regional language (Kannada, Malayalam, or Tamil) is an advantage.
