Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Telecaller – Real Estate with a minimum of 6 months of hands-on telesales experience in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining property details, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in closing deals.


Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided databases and campaign leads

Handle inbound calls and respond to real estate project-related queries

Explain property details such as project overview, pricing, location benefits, payment plans, and offers

Generate, qualify, and nurture leads for the sales team

Schedule and coordinate site visits with customers and sales executives

Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and emails

Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM systems

Achieve daily call targets, lead targets, and site visit conversions

Handle objections confidently and provide appropriate solutions

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience


Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 6 months experience in real estate telecalling / telesales

Strong communication and convincing skills

Fluency in English and regional languages (Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Hindi preferred)

Good understanding of real estate sales processes

Ability to work with targets and deadlines

Customer-focused, proactive, and result-oriented approach


Preferred Candidate Profile

Prior experience in residential projects, plotted developments, or apartments

Ability to handle high-volume calling and follow-ups

Team player with a positive attitude

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of calls completed per day

Qualified leads generated

Site visits scheduled

Follow-up effectiveness and CRM accuracy
