Telecalling Executive

Job Description:We are looking for confident and result-oriented Telesales / Debt Recovery Agents to handle outbound and inbound calls related to debt recovery and payment follow-ups. The role involves communicating with customers, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely collection while maintaining professionalism and compliance.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders and debt recovery.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and outstanding payments.
• Negotiate repayment plans and settlement options as per company policy.
• Update customer payment status and call remarks in the system/CRM.
• Handle customer queries regarding dues, billing, and payment modes.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and recovery regulations.
• Achieve assigned collection targets on a daily and monthly basis.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow-up records.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience in telecalling / telesales / debt recovery preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel).
• Target-driven and disciplined work approach.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Preferred Candidate Profile:Prior experience in collections, recovery, or financial services is an advantage.
