Telecalling Executive

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote mutual fund products and services.

Handle Inbound inquiries, providing clear and accurate information about investment options.

Explain product features, benefits, risks and suitability based on client needs.

Maintain and update client databases with accurate records of calls and outcomes.

Schedule appointments for senior advisors or relationship managers.

Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and client satisfaction

Provide feedback to management on client needs and market trends

Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (SEBI/AMFI) and company policies.

Skills : Excellent verbal communication in English and Local language.

Persuasive and confident telephone Manner

Basic understanding of mutual funds and investment concepts (AMFI Certification is a plus)

Strong organizational and record keeping skills.

Ability to handle objections and convert leads.
