Job Description
· Make outbound calls to potential customers from database/leads provided.
· Handle inbound calls and answer property-related queries.
· Explain project details such as location, price, amenities, possession dates, etc.
· Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
· Follow up regularly with interested prospects.
· Share brochures, videos, and other project material via WhatsApp, email, or SMS.
· Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
