We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecalling Customer Service Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Address customer queries, complaints, and service requests.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
• Maintain call records and update CRM systems.
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Required Skills & CompetenciesGood verbal communication skills (Hindi / English / kannada).
• Active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle customer objections and complaints.
• Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
• Ability to work in shifts (if required).
• Educational QualificationMinimum 12th Pass / 10th Pass
• Experience0–2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
