Job Description
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases
Handle inbound calls and respond to property-related inquiries
Explain project details such as location, pricing, amenities, offers, and payment plans
Identify and qualify leads based on customer requirements and budget
Fix and confirm site visit appointments for sales executives
Follow up with interested leads regularly to ensure conversion
Maintain accurate call records, follow-up details, and lead status in CRM
Coordinate with sales team for smooth customer handover
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and site visit targets
