Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Outbound/Inbound Calling: Conducting cold calls to potential customers and handling inbound inquiries.
  • Sales Generation: Promoting products/services, explaining features, and closing sales deals.
  • Lead Generation & Management: Following up with leads and updating customer databases.
  • Customer Service: Addressing queries, complaints, and providing solutions to build rapport.
  • Script Adherence: Utilizing, customizing, and delivering company-provided scripts.
  • Reporting: Documenting call details, outcomes, and reporting to team leads. 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication in English and/or local languages.
  • Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is often required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer knowledge.
  • Soft Skills: Strong, patient, and persuasive personality with the ability to handle rejection.
