Job Description
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Outbound/Inbound Calling: Conducting cold calls to potential customers and handling inbound inquiries.
- Sales Generation: Promoting products/services, explaining features, and closing sales deals.
- Lead Generation & Management: Following up with leads and updating customer databases.
- Customer Service: Addressing queries, complaints, and providing solutions to build rapport.
- Script Adherence: Utilizing, customizing, and delivering company-provided scripts.
- Reporting: Documenting call details, outcomes, and reporting to team leads.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication in English and/or local languages.
- Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is often required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer knowledge.
- Soft Skills: Strong, patient, and persuasive personality with the ability to handle rejection.
