Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end outbound tele calling operations including lead generation, follow-up, and closure.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of tele callers/executives to meet and exceed targets.
• Develop and implement effective outbound calling strategies and sales pitches.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly team performance against KPIs.
• Use CRM tools to track leads, update statuses, and generate reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for alignment and support.
• Address escalated customer issues ensuring excellent customer experience.
• Analyse call data and optimize calling techniques for improved conversions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 to 6 years of experience in outbound tele calling, telesales, or inside sales with team leadership or mentorship experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment with strong analytical skills.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to motivate teams.
