Job Title: Collection Executive (With DRA Certificate)

Job Summary:

Nimbus BPO is looking for experienced and motivated Collection Executives who hold a valid DRA Certificate and have at least 1 year of experience in collections. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Kannada and ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound and inbound calls for debt recovery.

Contact customers to remind them of their overdue payments.

Negotiate and follow up on payment arrangements.

Maintain accurate records of communication and collections.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Provide timely reports on collections status to the team lead.

Requirements:

Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (Minimum)

Experience: Minimum 1 year in collections or recovery process

Certification: DRA Certification is mandatory

Language Skills: Fluent in English and Kannada

Gender: Male or Female candidates can apply

Age Limit: No age restrictions

Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
