Job Description
Position: Business Development Executive
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the benefits and make the customer Interested and the interested call will be handled by senior team
- Explain and promote company products and services clearly and confidently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospective customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and close sales opportunities.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Maintain a professional attitude and contribute to overall business growth.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in the local language; Average English proficiency preferred.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Office; CRM knowledge is an added advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers are welcome (training will be provided).
- Experienced candidates will have an added advantage.
- Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Market research and analytical skills (preferred for experienced candidates).
