Telecalling Executive

Location: Bangalore (Work From Home / Office Based – as applicable)

🏢 About the Role:We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive for the Bangalore real estate market. The candidate will be responsible for handling fresh leads, explaining project details, qualifying buyers, and scheduling site visits.

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Call fresh leads generated from Meta Ads & property portals
• Explain project features, pricing, and location benefits clearly
• Identify serious buyers and qualify leads
• Schedule and coordinate site visits
• Maintain daily follow-ups with hot and warm leads
• Update lead status in CRM / Excel sheet
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets

• 🗣 Language Requirements:
• Kannada (Preferred)
• Hindi (Required)
• Good English communication (Required)

• 🧠 Required Skills:Strong communication & convincing skills
• Clear voice and confident speaking style
• Good objection handling ability
• Target-oriented mindset
• Basic knowledge of real estate industry preferred
• Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
• Laptop & stable internet mandatory (for WFH)
