📝 Position Overview
A Tele Caller is responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to generate leads, provide information, resolve queries, and maintain customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively.
- Maintain customer records by updating databases with accurate information.
- Follow up on leads to convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve sales targets and performance benchmarks set by the company.
- Provide product/service information clearly and persuasively.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion rates.
- Adhere to scripts and compliance guidelines during calls.
🛠️ Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication in English and local languages.
- Strong listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs.
- Basic computer knowledge for handling CRM tools and MS Office.
- Persuasive and negotiation skills to influence customer decisions.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in tele calling or customer service is preferred.

- Education: Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 0–2 years in tele calling, sales, or customer support.
- Work Environment: Office-based or remote, depending on company policy.
- Schedule: Full-time, with flexibility for shifts if required.
