Telecalling Executive – Real Estate (Site Visit Coordinator)

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, provide property information, and schedule site visits for our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant phone etiquette, and the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed site visits.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential leads generated through marketing campaigns, portals, and referrals.
• Handle inbound property inquiries professionally and provide accurate project information.
• Understand customer requirements (budget, location preference, property type) and match them with suitable properties.
• Convince and coordinate with customers to schedule site visits.
• Maintain and update lead details in CRM or Excel sheets.
• Follow up with customers regularly to increase visit confirmations.
• Coordinate with the site sales team to ensure smooth customer visits.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and site visit targets.
• Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends.

📌 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, and/or Hindi.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer care, or real estate preferred.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Good listening skills and ability to handle customer objections.
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
