Salary Credit Date: 10th of every month

Work Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (30 minutes lunch break).

Training Timing: Training timing will be the same.

Week Off: Sunday and Company Decided Major Pubic Holiday

Job Description: MediaTechTemple is looking for an experienced and confident Team Leader to manage and lead a team of telecallers in an office-based setup. The role requires strong leadership skills, multilingual communication ability, and a target-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of telecallers; monitor daily calling activities and team performance; allocate leads and ensure timely follow-ups; conduct regular training and performance improvement sessions; handle customer escalations and ensure service quality; maintain attendance, discipline, and adherence to company policies; ensure daily and weekly call targets are achieved.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader in telecalling, BPO, or customer support; strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure and meet targets; basic working knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems; multilingual proficiency as per language requirements.

Additional Details:

• There will be online training for 4 to 5 days (UNPAID). Generally, people get trained within this period and start jobs, but some can't. therefore, we give you a chance to improve further only you agree an unpaid. Only the trainer confirms your joining. Once your trainer confirms that you are ready to make calls then your joining will get it done, and an offer letter will be sent to your email address within 15 days.

• We have commitments with clients, after the training, we will assign your daily commitments, which increase weekly. The team will always support you to achieve these commitments.

• You cannot use your phone for calls. We will provide a dedicated calling software.

• To install the telecalling software, we will require access to your laptop.

Note:-

• MediaTechTemple doesn't take money to provide you with a job. If someone takes money on behalf of the MediaTechTemple, we will not be responsible for this cause. Because selection purely depends upon your skills, we pay you a salary for that, and we never ask for any amount from you.

• There will be no leaves during the training. If you take leave without notice, we will disqualify you from the training immediately.

• It's not a part-time job, so you must be present at the training from 9 am to 6 pm regularly.
