Job SummaryThe Tele Calling Team Leader is responsible for managing, guiding, and motivating the telecalling team to achieve daily and monthly targets. The role involves monitoring call quality, ensuring productivity, improving conversions, and coordinating with management to support business growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of telecallers (inbound & outbound)
• Assign daily call targets and monitor team performance
• Ensure follow-ups are done properly and leads are converted
• Monitor call quality, scripts, and customer communication
• Handle escalated customer issues and support the team
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
• Train new telecallers on process, scripts, and product knowledge
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and team motivation
• Coordinate with branch managers and management for updates
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical calling practices
• Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and team-handling skills
• Excellent communication skills ( English preferred) Kannada , Telugu, and Tamil
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to train, motivate, and retain team members
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, reporting)
• Qualifications & ExperienceAny graduate / equivalent qualification
• 2–5 years of experience in telecalling or call center operations
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Team Leader or Senior Telecaller
• Experience in financial services / gold industry is an added advantage
