We are looking for a motivated and energetic Lead Generation Executive to help us expand our client base for Google Ads and SEO services.

Role Overview

As a Lead Generation Executive, your primary responsibility will be to identify and connect with potential business clients who require digital marketing solutions such as Google Ads and SEO.

You will play a key role in building the sales pipeline by prospecting, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for our marketing consultants.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and generate new leads for Google Ads and SEO services

Reach out to business owners via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other channels

Understand client needs and pitch Metro Berry’s marketing solutions

Qualify leads and schedule appointments with the sales/strategy team

Maintain lead data and follow-up status in CRM or spreadsheets

Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets

Build long-term relationships with business decision-makers

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication and convincing skills

Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers

Basic understanding or interest in digital marketing, Google Ads, or SEO

Ability to work with targets and performance metrics

Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools is a plus

Preferred Candidate Profile

0–3 years experience in telecalling, inside sales, or lead generation

Experience in digital marketing sales is an advantage

Self-driven, confident, and eager to grow in the marketing industry
