Job Description
Handle inbound calls professionally — answering queries, providing appropriate product information based on probing
Maintain accurate and detailed call records in the CRM/HMIS system.
Follow up with customers for feedback, appointment reminders and post-treatment satisfaction.
Educate callers about our health products
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department and ensure timely resolution.
Work closely with the other sales teams, marketing, and doctors' to ensure seamless communication and to provide an end to end satisfaction to the customer for our product.
