Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales to promote and sell financial products over calls. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, explaining loan products, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain loan products
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
• Follow up with interested leads and ensure closure
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales details
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: 12th pass with work experience / Graduate fresher

Language: Hindi (Mandatory)

• Good communication and convincing skills
• Skills Required: Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented mindset
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle objections confidently
