About the role


Key Responsibilities

● Serve as the first point of contact for guests and business partners reaching out via

phone, offering prompt and personalized assistance.

● Understand customer requirements thoroughly and offer suitable Treebo properties,

upselling wherever appropriate to maximize value.

● Execute and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, while maintaining high

conversion rates.

● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Treebo’s product offerings, promotions, partner

properties, and value propositions.

● Accurately capture and record customer interactions, feedback, and preferences in CRM

systems.

● Share insights and customer feedback with relevant internal stakeholders to help

improve product offerings and customer experience.

● Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams to enhance sales strategies and

processes.

● Uphold Treebo’s brand promise and commitment to quality in every customer

interaction.


What are we looking for?

● Minimum of 1 year of experience in Tele-Sales, Inbound Sales, or a customer service role

with sales targets.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field

preferred.

● Exceptional verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (fluency in regional

languages is a plus).

● Comfortable and confident with phone-based customer interactions.

● Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

● Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented approach.

● Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.), and sales

reporting tools.

● Ability to adapt to rotational shifts and a 6-day work week, including weekends and

holidays if required.

● High levels of ownership, accountability, and enthusiasm for working in a high-growth

startup environment.
