Telesales Executive

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell Supermarket Franchise opportunities over the phone. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, with prior experience in tele sales or franchise sales. The role involves calling potential leads, explaining the business model, and closing franchise deals.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients interested in supermarket franchise opportunities.
• Explain the supermarket franchise business model, investment details, and benefits clearly to customers.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups effectively.
• Generate leads, maintain call records, and update CRM or lead management systems.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and onboarding of franchise partners.
• Maintain professional communication and customer relationships.
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or franchise sales.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections and close deals over the phone.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel is preferred.
• Target-driven and self-motivated approach.
• ExperienceAt least 1 year of relevant telesales experience is mandatory.
• Experience in franchise sales, real estate telesales, or business opportunity sales is an added advantage.
