We are hiring Work From Home Executives who can help us grow Wiseplix by connecting with businesses and converting them into paid customers.

This role includes:

1. Generating leads (calling / WhatsApp outreach)

2. Closing sales (converting interested leads into paid users)

🎯 Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead Generation:

- Reach out to businesses (CA, Lawyers, Designers, etc.)

- Make outbound calls or send WhatsApp messages

- Explain Wiseplix platform briefly

- Generate and update interested leads

---

🔹 Sales Closing:

- Call interested leads and explain full details

- Handle objections and convince them

- Convert leads into paid customers

- Follow up until deal is closed

---

📊 Daily Targets:

Lead Generation:

- 100–150 calls OR 200 WhatsApp messages/day

- 10–20 interested leads/day

Sales Closing:

- 20–30 calls/day

- 2–5 conversions/day

💰 Salary & Incentives:

Option 1: Fixed + Incentive

- ₹6,000 – ₹10,000/month fixed

- ₹50–₹100 per qualified lead

- ₹500–₹1,500 per successful sale

Option 2: Performance-Based (High Earners)

- Low/No fixed salary

- ₹1,000–₹2,000 per conversion

💡 Top performers can earn ₹25,000–₹60,000/month

⏰ Working Hours:

- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

- 6 days a week

📜 Requirements:

- Good communication & convincing skills

- Basic sales understanding (preferred)

- Daily reporting is mandatory

- Must respond during working hours

- No fake leads or false commitments

- Missing targets for 2 weeks may lead to removal

- No unapproved leaves during critical sales periods
