Telesales Executive

Job SummaryMalgudi Farms is looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Tele Caller to make outbound calls to existing guests of Malgudi Holidays and pitch investment opportunities offered by Malgudi Farms. The role involves building trust with existing customers, explaining investment benefits, and generating qualified leads or closures.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to existing guests/customers from the Malgudi Holidays database
• Pitch and explain Malgudi Farms investment opportunities clearly and confidently
• Understand customer needs and address queries related to farm investments
• Follow approved calling scripts while maintaining a natural conversation flow
• Generate leads, schedule follow-up calls, and coordinate with the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and customer feedback
• Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
• Ensure professional and courteous communication at all times
• Required Skills & QualificationsExcellent communication skills in English and local language(s)
• Experience in telecalling, telesales, or outbound sales preferred
• Ability to convincingly pitch products or investment opportunities
• Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer handling
• Comfortable working with call targets and performance metrics
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM or call tracking systems is a plus)
• Preferred ExperiencePrior experience in real estate, farmland, hospitality, or investment sales
• Experience handling existing or warm leads
