Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the given database or cold leads.
• Explain various insurance products based on customer requirements.
• Understand and assess customer needs and suggest suitable insurance plans.
• Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into policyholders.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
• Adhere to compliance, data protection, and confidentiality guidelines.
• Coordinate with the operations teams for policy issuance and follow-ups.
• Upsell or cross-sell additional insurance policies and riders.
