Best properties are looking for a tele caller to manage and drive sales for the projects (real estate)

Job Specification:

Location: HSR Layout

Age: 20-30

Experience:0-3 years of experience in tele calling (Preferable real estate sales)

Educational qualification: PUC/Graduate

Skills required: Soft Skills, Excellent Communication, convincing skills

Language: English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu.

Roles and responsibilities

     I.         Handling inbound and outbound calls and provide details regarding projects.

   II.         Explain project features, pricing, and offers to potential buyers.

 III.         Convince customers to visit project sites for further discussions.

 IV.         Follow up with the interested clients and nurture client relationship.

   V.         Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups.

 VI.         Coordinate with the sales team to schedule and confirm site visit.

VII.         Address customer queries and provide necessary information.

Salary

18k-22k + incentives.
