Job Title: Telesales Executive – Personal Loan

Location: Uttarahalli

Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Telesales Executive specializing in personal loans, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and offering tailored personal loan solutions. You will play a key role in driving the growth of our loan portfolio and achieving sales targets through proactive outreach and excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Outbound Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and sell personal loan products, understanding their needs and presenting suitable loan options.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and referrals.
  • Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers and address any inquiries they may have regarding loan features, terms, eligibility, and application processes.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's personal loan offerings, terms, and policies to effectively sell and answer customer queries.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by consistently closing deals and meeting performance goals.
  • Data Management: Accurately record customer details, loan applications, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
  • Follow-up: Regularly follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in the product to guide them through the loan application process.
  • Cross-selling Opportunities: Identify opportunities to cross-sell other financial products offered by the company.
  • Compliance & Regulations: Ensure compliance with all internal policies, legal guidelines, and regulatory requirements during the sales process.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to the sales manager on progress, sales activities, and challenges.


Key Requirements:


  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a customer service role, preferably in the financial services sector (experience in personal loans is a plus). Freshers also can apply who is willing to work in telesales.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, engaging, and persuasive phone presence.
  • Sales Orientation: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Goal-Driven: Highly motivated to achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with personal loan products and the financial industry is an advantage.
  • Computer Proficiency: Basic knowledge of CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Qualification: Minimum 10th pass with basic proficiency in English.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify customer pain points and suggest appropriate loan solutions.
