Telesales Executive

We are looking for a creative Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our social media presence. Responsibilities include content planning, post scheduling, handling engagement, running basic ad campaigns, and analyzing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and handle social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, captions)
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals
• Monitor social media performance and prepare basic analytics reports
• Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.)
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and marketing teams
• Promote brand awareness, lead generation, and audience engagement

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Executive or similar role
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
• Basic understanding of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop preferred)
• Excellent communication and content writing skills
• Creativity with attention to detail
• Ability to analyze data and improve campaign performance
• Time management and multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and influencer marketing
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing
• Certification in Digital Marketing (added advantage)
