Job Description / Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce our multiple real‑estate projects and services
• Provide detailed information about projects and brand offerings
• Direct interested prospects to the field‑sales team as necessary
• Lead and manage Customer Service Executive (CSE) teams
• Handle customer grievances; follow up on customer requirements
• Maintain detailed records of calls and sales activity; note and act on useful information
