About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telesales Executive to join our team at Tilos Studio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client relationship management, driving sales through calls and CRM chats, and ensuring excellent after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to new leads and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Clearly explain our services, photography packages, and offers to clients.
  • Handle client inquiries, take bookings, and manage schedules.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain records on Google Sheets and company CRM software.
  • Follow up with clients consistently to close deals and meet sales targets.
  • Provide after-sales support, ensuring smooth communication and client satisfaction.
  • Collect client feedback and work towards improving customer experience.
  • Upsell and cross-sell services and packages to existing clients.
  • Assist in building long-term client loyalty and repeat business.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate / 12th pass with strong communication skills.
  • Experience: Prior telesales or customer service experience preferred (Photography/Media industry experience is a plus).
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi/Kannada.
  • Confident in handling client objections and closing sales.
  • Good knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel.
  • Ability to multitask and manage CRM tools efficiently.
  • Attitude: Positive, self-motivated, and customer-centric approach.
