Telesales Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telecaller to connect with potential customers, generate leads, and support sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining products/services, and converting leads into customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
• Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
• Generate and qualify leads
• Follow up with interested prospects regularly

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets

• Build and maintain good customer relationships

Requirements

• Good communication skills (English + regional language preferred)
• Strong convincing skill
