Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Tele Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will engage with potential customers over the phone to sell insurance policies and loan products. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess strong communication skills, and have a customer-focused approach to understanding client needs and offering tailored financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to introduce insurance products and loan services.

Product Knowledge: Clearly explain the features, benefits, and terms of insurance policies (e.g., life, health, auto) and loan products (e.g., personal loans, home loans, business loans).

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales leads, manage existing leads, and convert them into clients.

Customer Needs Analysis: Assess clients' financial needs and recommend suitable insurance or loan solutions.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

Follow-Up: Provide timely follow-up calls to prospects and clients, ensuring they have all the necessary information to make informed decisions.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and trust.

Documentation: Accurately record and update client information, sales progress, and outcomes in the CRM system.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies related to insurance and loan products.

Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product features.
