Turno (Brand of Blubble Pvt Ltd) is an Electric Vehicle company that helps operators of commercial vehicles to switch to EVs. Turno does this by providing a wide selection of vehicles from partner OEMs, affordable financing, and battery value guarantees to ensure the highest return on value for EV owners. Turnos mission is to transition gasoline miles to electric miles in India. Turno is founded by Hemanth Aluru and Sudhindra Reddy Pidapa – experienced entrepreneurs in the mobility industry with a strong track record of value creation. Recently, they led Zoomcar, India's largest personal mobility platform. Commercial Vehicles contribute 80-90% of fuel burnt today - those are the miles we want to replace with EV miles. And even though commercial EVs exist, adoption has been slow Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive / Phone Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in tele-sales, lead conversion, and customer relationship management, preferably in NBFC, Fintech, Ed-Tech, Banking, Insurance, or Vehicle Sales. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we encourage you to apply! Responsibilities: • Contact potential and existing customers via phone to pitch relevant products and services • Understand customer needs, provide product information, and suggest suitable solutions • Convert leads into sales by building strong customer relationships • Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and messages to close sales • Maintain and update sales records in CRM software • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics • Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns effectively • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion Key Requirements: • Experience: 6 months to 4 years in inside sales/tele-sales in NBFC, Fintech, Ed-Tech, Banking, Insurance, or Vehicle Sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply) • Strong communication and persuasive skills • Ability to handle sales pressure and achieve targets • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word) is a plus • A customer-focused and result-oriented approach • Fluency in Hindi/English and regional languages is an advantag
