Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads and databases
- Explain digital marketing services such as:
- Google Ads
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
- Website Development
- SEO & Social Media Marketing
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable marketing solutions
- Generate qualified leads and close sales deals
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales/marketing team
- Maintain follow-ups and build strong client relationships
- Update daily call reports and CRM records
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Required Skills & QualificationsExcellent communication skills in English & regional languages (Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Hindi – preferred)
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing services
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle objections professionally
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, Google Sheets)
- Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in telesales, inside sales, or telemarketing
- Exposure to digital marketing or advertising agencies
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
