Job Description:

We are looking for Tele Sales Executives to join our team. Candidates with experience in insurance sales or loan sales will be preferred. Freshers with good communication skills and interest in sales can also apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote insurance and loan products.
• Explain product features, benefits, and offers to customers.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic queries.

Requirements:

• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
• Experience in insurance or loan sales is an added advantage.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of telecalling and sales process.
• Comfortable working with sales targets.
