🎯 Role Overview as a Tele sales Executive, you will be the voice of Gro Club—engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and converting inquiries into happy, long-term members.


🔑 Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement:

  • Interact with customers via phone calls, live video demos, chat, and email to explain products, plans, and services.

Sales Conversion:

  • Handle end-to-end sales conversations and convert qualified leads into customers.

Brand Ambassador:

  • Represent Gro Club professionally, building trust and delivering a smooth customer experience.

Customer Persuasion:

  • Confidently explain and promote the benefits of our subscription and upgrade plans.

Customer Support & Follow-ups:

  • Ensure timely follow-ups, resolve queries, and close transactions efficiently.

Cross-team Coordination:

  • Work closely with operations and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Problem Solving:

  • Understand customer requirements and suggest tailored solutions.

Event Participation:

  • Support marketing events, product showcases, and on-ground promotions when required.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Multilingual ability is a strong plus: Kannada, Marathi, Telugu, Hindi
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, email, and chat platforms
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
  • A team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
