Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 Fixed

Incentives: Weekly + Monthly Performance Incentives (Up to ₹25,000 per month)

About the Role

We are hiring energetic and confident Hindi-speaking Telesales Executives to handle professional client acquisition campaigns.

This is not a normal Tele calling job — this is a revenue-generating role where your performance directly increases your income

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to professional clients

• Explain company services clearly

• Handle objections and build interest

• Follow structured sales script

• Maintain call records & update CRM

• Do regular follow-ups

• Close deals

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi (Mandatory)

• Basic English understanding

• Confidence in speaking

• Willingness to learn sales skills

• Basic computer knowledge

Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

 Salary & Incentives

Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 (Based on communication & confidence)

Incentives:

• Weekly performance bonus

• Monthly performance bonus

• High performers can earn up to ₹25,000 or more in incentives

No limit for high performers.
