Job Description

A Telesales Executive drives company revenue by proactively making outbound calls to potential customers to sell products or services, closing sales, and meeting/exceeding daily or monthly targets. They follow scripts, manage customer data in CRMs, and handle objections to convert leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Sales: Initiating conversations with prospects via cold calling to sell products/services.
  • Target Achievement: Reaching weekly and monthly call volume and revenue targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Building relationships, identifying needs, and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Handling Objections: Utilizing persuasive techniques to manage rejection and resolve customer complaints.
  • Record Management: Maintaining accurate customer profiles, feedback, and sales records in the CRM system.
  • Script Adherence: Utilizing company-provided sales scripts while maintaining a natural, conversational tone. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
  • Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Attributes: Target-driven, resilient, and proactive attitude.
  • Education: High school diploma; a degree in marketing or business is preferred.
