Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Agents to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, presenting our products/services, and closing sales to achieve monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and targets.

Maintain accurate records of calls and sales.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.

Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.

Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
