Job Title: Tele Sales Executive

Work Schedule:6 Days Working | 1 Day Week Off

Work Location: Tin factory KR puram Bangalore (Work From Office)

Compensation: ₹16,000 – ₹24,000 In-Hand + CTC+ Performance-Based Incentives up to 15000

Eligibility:

* Graduate freshers or any experienced candidates can apply tele sales / sales experience preferred

* Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills can also apply

Job Overview:

We are hiring Tele Sales Executives to promote and sell digital financial products to customers through outbound calls. The role requires strong communication skills and a target-driven approach.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers

* Explain product features and benefits clearly to customers

* Generate leads and close sales effectively

* Maintain call records and follow-up details

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

* Handle customer queries and objections professionally

Required Skills:

* Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

* Strong convincing and negotiation abilities

* Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

* Basic computer knowledge
