Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify relevant tenders through online portals, newspapers, and other sources.
- Study tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical requirements thoroughly.
- Prepare and compile tender documents, including technical and financial bids.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect required documents, quotations, and information.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders before deadlines.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, renewals, and follow-up statuses.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and government departments for tender-related queries.
- Track tender results and update management on progress.
- Manage registrations on various e-tendering portals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and tender terms.
