Hug Hub AI is hiring Wellness Consultants to support individuals in improving emotional well-being, managing stress, maintaining mental balance, and building healthier lifestyles through non-clinical wellness support. This role focuses on empathetic listening, wellness guidance, emotional reassurance, and structured support conversations. It does not involve medical treatment, diagnosis, therapy, or prescription of medicines.

As a Wellness Consultant, you will interact with individuals seeking help for stress, loneliness, emotional fatigue, confidence building, relationship clarity, or lifestyle balance. You will follow Hug Hub’s wellness framework, ethical standards, and confidentiality guidelines while providing a safe and respectful environment for every individual.

Selected candidates will undergo a 30-day structured training program conducted by Hug Hub AI. Training includes emotional intelligence development, wellness communication techniques, stress-management practices, sensitivity handling, professional conduct, documentation procedures, and platform usage. Certification will be provided after successful completion of training.

This role is suitable for freshers and experienced candidates who are calm, patient, emotionally intelligent, and people-oriented. Candidates from any educational background can apply. Prior experience in wellness, healthcare support, customer service, HR, hospitality, or social work is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to communicate in English and local languages (Kannada, Marathi, Bengali, Hindi) will be an added advantage.

The position offers a fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹35,000 to ₹45,000, based on experience, location, and role allocation. In addition to the fixed salary, performance-based incentives will be provided, offering higher earning potential.
