Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Tool Maker to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tool and die making, reading technical drawings, operating machines, and maintaining tools used in production.
Responsibilities:
*Must have Stamping tool manufacturing knowledge, Should be able to operate manual machines like Grinding, Milling, Lathe and Drilling.
*Should be able to Repair and maintain existing stamping tools.
*Should be able to Read and interpret technical drawings, GD&T and manufacturing drawings.
*Operate milling, grinding, and lathe machines
*Maintain quality standards,
*Visit customer for die tryout and prove the part and die.
*Should be able to handle a small tool makers team of 4-6 members.
*Should be able to assemble the die within the specified timeline.
Qualifications:
ITI/Diploma in Tool & Die Making or related field
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in tool making
Good knowledge of machining and fitting work
