Role Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Tour Manager to handle group tours, ensure smooth travel experiences, and provide excellent customer service throughout the journey.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate domestic & international tour groups
• Assist travelers throughout the trip (check-ins, boarding, hotel stays)
• Ensure smooth execution of itinerary as planned
• Handle customer queries and provide on-trip support
• Coordinate with hotels, transport, and local vendors
• Manage emergencies or unexpected situations calmly
• Ensure customer satisfaction and collect feedback
• Requirements:Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage groups and work under pressure
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Basic knowledge of tour destinations (Shirdi, Jyotirlinga, etc. preferred)
• Experience in travel industry is a plus (Freshers can also apply)
