Trainee Operation Manager

We are a fast-growing international sales company with established operations across multiple countries and a rapidly expanding presence in India. To support our Bangalore operations, we are looking for ambitious and driven Trainee Operations Managers who want to develop into future leaders within our organisation.

This role offers structured training, hands-on responsibility, and a clear pathway into management and leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and support day-to-day sales and operations activities
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and improving operational processes
• Work closely with senior managers to manage teams and performance
• Monitor targets, productivity, and quality standards
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Analyse reports and contribute to process improvements

Candidate Profile

• Graduate or postgraduate (any discipline)
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience
• Strong communication and leadership potential
• Organised, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
