Role Overview

The Trainee Operations Manager role is a structured, hands-on development position designed to train high-potential candidates in all areas of operations, leadership, and business management. You will learn how to run day-to-day operations, manage people, drive performance, and eventually take ownership of a business unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and support daily operational processes and performance tracking
  • Assist in team coordination, scheduling, and productivity management
  • Work closely with senior managers to understand business strategy and execution
  • Support recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members
  • Monitor targets, KPIs, and quality standards
  • Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency
  • Take on leadership responsibilities as training progresses

Who We’re Looking For

  • Graduates or freshers with strong ambition and leadership potential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or operations is a plus (not mandatory)
