• Job Title: Translator

• Reporting to: HR Manager / Operations Manager

• Location: Company Office

• Working Hours & Shifts: Regular shift / Shift-based (subject to company policy; must be able to work overtime during urgent requirements)

• Salary Range: Negotiable based on language skills and experience

• Note: Candidates with knowledge of the precision machinery industry are preferred, especially those familiar with CNC machining centers, tool magazines, and spindles.

• Please state in the first line of your resume whether you have work experience related to CNC machining centers, tool magazines, and spindles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate documents, emails, and reports from one language to another accurately.

• Interpret spoken communication during meetings, calls, or site visits when required.

• Ensure translated content maintains the original meaning, tone, and context.

• Proofread and review translations for accuracy and quality.

• Assist different departments (HR, Sales, Production) in communication with foreign clients or employees.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information and documents.

• Coordinate with internal teams to understand translation requirements and deadlines.

• Prepare and maintain records of translated documents.

• Support in drafting bilingual documents and communication materials.

• Assist with other language-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Translation, or related field (preferred).

• 2–3 years of experience in translation or  interpretation  .

• Proficiency in at least three languages (e.g.,( English + Chinese) / Hindi / Kannada, etc.).

• Strong understanding of grammar, vocabulary, and sentence structure.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email handling).

• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

• Good listening and comprehension skills.

• Team player with a professional attitude.
