Job Description – Transport Supervisor (BLR Location)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Transport Supervisor to manage employee transportation services at our BLR location. The role involves overseeing cab attachments, coordinating pick-up and drop arrangements, and ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient transport operations for employees. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in employee transportation management or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily employee transportation, including cab scheduling, pick-up, and drop arrangements.
• Manage vendor relationships for cab services and ensure timely availability of vehicles.
• Monitor driver performance, route efficiency, and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of transport usage, costs, and vendor billing.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company guidelines for employee travel.
• Handle employee queries and resolve transport-related issues promptly.
• Prepare periodic reports on transport operations and suggest improvements.
• Support in emergency transport arrangements when required.

Requirements

• Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience
• in employee transportation or fleet management.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and negotiate service terms.
• Good communication skills in English and local language (Kannada preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
• Knowledge of BLR city routes and traffic patterns is an added advantage.
