Travel Sales Executive – Job Description🧾 Role OverviewAs a Travel Sales Executive at IML Travel, you will be responsible for converting travel inquiries into bookings by offering customized travel solutions. You will play a key role in driving revenue and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound travel inquiries (calls, emails, leads)
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages
• Design customized itineraries (domestic & international)
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
• Provide accurate information on destinations, visas, travel insurance, and pricing
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with operations team for booking confirmations
• Upsell and cross-sell travel services (hotels, flights, activities)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in travel sales or similar role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of domestic & international destinations
• Ability to convert leads into sales
• Customer-focused approach
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office

Preferred Skills

• Experience in selling holiday packages
• Knowledge of visa processes and travel documentation
