Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare 2D architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and sections.
- Create 3D models of buildings, interiors, and structures using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
- Produce high-quality rendered images for client presentations.
- Update drawings as per client or architect instructions.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams for drawing requirements.
- Maintain drawing accuracy, measurements, and scaling.
- Assist in preparing BOQ or basic material details (if required).
- Ensure all drawings meet company and project standards.
Required Skills-
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (2D).
- Experience in SketchUp / Revit / 3ds Max for 3D modelling.
- Knowledge of V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape for rendering.
- Good understanding of architectural detailing.
- Ability to work with speed and accuracy.
